With the aim of supporting and facilitating the processes of development and internationalization of Higher Education in the field of Arts and Science, the Foundation promotes and activates an international network of actors and interlocutors who constitute suppliers, producers and users of education, training, knowledge and research services and products, which includes not only local, regional and international teachers and students, but also national and international, public and private Higher Education institutions, located in the countries bordering the Mediterranean.
